How much weight have you gained since you joined HubPages?
How did you know? lol! yes I have gained 10 pounds! not sure if its the hub writing or just the fact that I don't go out to work now at the moment, I used to ride my bike everywhere, work, town and along the river, so I may just blame that!
I'm also guilty of 10 lbs. I'm also thankful its not more! I've been working on getting rid of it. 7 more to go! Let's have a challenge on who can lose it first!
Definitely! I am trying, honest, but those cream cakes are just too much! lol! but yes I am up for it, in fact thats great because I need someone to push me!
I have to be honest. I haven't gained a pound, because I just don't sit still all day long with two kids who have me running constantly. Yes, I am on here a lot though, lol!!

They totally do and I can pretty much eat anything I want and don't seem to gain. They really are the best workout I have ever had lol

I put on about 4 ibs, certainly not on the move as much as I should be. feel a little guilty but hay read just one more hub and maybe that one too and oh can't miss this one. haha.

Well, since I joined I gained about 40 pounds... then I lost it when I gave birth to my 9lb. 10oz. baby....
When I joined I weighed the same as what I weigh now, so if you omit the pregnancy - none.
I actually weigh what I did when I was in high-school. I seem to only put weight on when I'm pregnant & those days are over ( I got fixed)... the hubby says 8 kids is enough.
I've actually lost about 30 pounds since I joined HP in April. I don't expect that much progress with winter coming, but I definitely don't want to gain any of it back!

I've been on a diet for months to get my health back. I've actually lost 17 pounds in the last month, so probably in the range of -20 lbs. Shall we return the question? lol
I've lost 15 pounds in the year and a half that I've been on Hubpages.
I've lost weight. Part of that has to do with illness but I have been eating better and decidedly exercising and moving more. I try to at least do 30 minutes most days or at least walk around wherever I go. Hoping to lose more even though the holidays are coming.
Hmmm....about 2kg's overall, which isn't bad considering! I have only started exercising every day again, and can feel the difference already. Maybe I should stand and do a few hubs every now and then, will that help?
None! Had been trying to lose some weight for years, then my daughter decided to get married (the wedding was last Saturday!) so I had to look good for that - have lost a stone in the last 6 months so really pleased. I look and feel heaps better; there's nothing like an incentive to make it happen!
I suppose it's easy to put on weight when writing more, especially if we have the coffee and biscuits to one side but so far I've managed not to!
I'm in the group who have lost weight too. I've lost about 6kg (12lb) since I joined back in April.
If I were not working out and eating right, I would probably have gained lots of weight. As it is now, I have lost 15 pounds.
I have not gained any weight at all. Think that's because I take regular breaks to do chores like gardening and I take my dog for two 1 mile walks every day.
Since joining HubPages I have gained and lost weight. Right now I weigh about 3 pounds less than when I first joined. That is only a guess because I don't remember exactly how much I weighed when I started. I have been exercising almost every day for the past 2 month. My arm muscles are bigger than when I started and my abs are a lot better because I have been doing push ups and planks. I lost fat and gained some muscle.
A lot of my hubs were about weight loss and exercising. My current goal is to have six pack abs.
I have lost since I did my first and only hub.I am smaller now than when I was in school 40 yrs ago..Due to my health and the way I have to eat and not set still.Must excercise for my heart..Good question!!
