Well.. Its is a challenge... I haave gone from. Being an extremely active to completely stationary over the course of aa 15 second fall...
What I try to do is spend time at the gym. I will try to go into more detail later... My battery on my blackberry is almost dead!
As I am blind, some foms of exercise are possible. I can walk, not quite as fast as I once did. I can't get to a gym living in the rural heart of California, so I fill my time with activities such as gardening, taking care not to mow or leave rakes and tools lying around.
It is, for me, looking at day to day things as exercise rather than visits to gyms and such. There are some people I know who ride bicycles and even roller blade, I couldn't roller blade when sighted let alone blind!
