   You can have it as often as your wife's will allow you to do
   
   Seriously speaking ... it depends on what your wife doctor say. If everything is ok with your wife and your child (and with you ofcourse - you need to be healt) then there is nothing that should stop you to have sex.
   
   But remember that you should avoid some uncomfortable positions or some that could hurt a child.

   You can have sex with her as much as you want until her third trimester. Then you can't have sex with her till after the baby is born.

   I am the proud mum of 5 children and was always advised it's perfectly safe to have sex all the way through pregnancy provided there are no medical reasons why you shouldn't. Every woman and every pregnancy is different so as long as everything is medically ok it depends on your wife. Some women's sex drives go crazy whilst they are pregnant whilst others experience completely the opposite. Good luck with the new addition when he / she arrives.

   Unless the doctor says otherwise, as often as you like up until the baby is born.  But you may want to try some new positions, because after a certain point in her pregnancy, she is not supposed to lay on her back more than a couple of minutes.

   If her doctor has not told you of any limitations, than you have none. It is safe to have sex during pregnancy as long as your doctor tells you otherwise. Usually only women with high risk pregnancies have to refrain from sex for a certain amount of time. In fact, sex may be more desirable to your wife depending on her symptoms. Usually in the second trimester, most symptoms have subsided and sex drive has arose! In my pregnancy, I have had a higher sex drive the entire time!
