    Does vitamin "C" really helps when you catch a cold?

    Granny used to give me vitamin "C" when I catch cold, but I really don't do that with my kids. I don't feel it makes any difference! Do you think it makes a difference?

    Infection can not exist where vitamin C lives. It's very, extremely healthy for you.

    Vitamins are not used to cure diseases, they are used to prevent diseases.

    It's best if you try a natural tea extract of sugar with lemon or honey. Either way, vitamin C can probably help. Vitamins and minerals, especially in natural form is helpful for boosting immune system and creating white blood cells commonly called antibodies.
