Can you give me a list of known food and food brands that have no High Fructose Corn Syrup?
also no corn syrup, or sucrose junk. I'm trying to get a list together for shopping and to share with others. This processed sugar is the number one reason for diabetes and its in so much food its scary! Yes, NUMBER ONE! You don't even have to be over weight anymore! But heck, this stuff causes obesity and hormone problems too.

The availability of certain HFC-free foods vary regionally. I have seen allot of lists, but you can't always depend them. HFC can be slid in under allot of other tricky names. Food company's are savvy about this that is why they try to slid it by you. Your better off to do your own research about HFC free foods, then you can be sure.
