In my right leg is stress and pain in and pain in my back so what I do??
You sound like you need EFT. Most such pain can be tapped away. Look up EFT, seek an EFT therapist
1st u get rest a hour and press u r the middle of tump finger select finger joins 3min and go to acupressure docter
If this pain presists, you need to go to the doctor. Most likely it's your Sciatia.
The nerves of the entire body meet at the spine. You probably injured or strained your back by a nerve and the pain in your leg is a result of that. Usually, it works on opposite sides. If you injured the left side of your back, pain may be felt in your right arm or leg. A chiropractor will be able to tell you what it is. Do 20 min of ice, 20 min of heat and try to relax.
the pain in back and in the stress in legs can be some time of same reason. if it is only stress and no pain and numbness i think the is no serious problem with spine. use some mild muscle relaxant in back, may be light hot application will be helpful. take rest for 2 days
