As a nurse it is always good to let your loved one sit or lie down inside a quiet room. Let them rest for a while, dim the lights and massage their earlobes -it's relaxing. And if they have medications for high blood pressure let him or her take it. And simply wait for a few minutes to an hour before asking them if they feel alright already.
