If you are a smoker, what has been holding you back from quitting or what fears do you have?
I am a smoker and have quit many times however find myself being consumed with the addiction over and over and falling back into the habit.
The very obvious fear is I have smoked for many years and the absence of the physical habit (Not being Able to Hold the cigarette and Not Being able to find a way to release my stress)
