No. A cold is caused by a virus. Antibiotics have no effect on viruses.
No I very rarely take antibiotics and never for a cold. Taking antibiotics for the common head cold does nothing and a doctor would not prescribe antibiotics for a cold.
No - it would be about as useful as a chocolate teapot. And not nearly as tasty.
