At what time generally you go to sleep? I go to sleep at around 2.30 to 3.30 A.M......Very odd time
But it is because when I start to write at night, I do not care for the time
I usually go to sleep around 11pm - 12pm as I get up in the morning anywhere between 5am - 6am.
it is same here, am a night man... can work whole night and will not be tired to sleep in the morning... dont know why, i like stay late in nights till 2 to 3,
I have been heading to bed around 2am but it is bad for my health so have been trying to get to bed earlier. I've discovered that the trick is to get to bed before you feel tired. I've noticed my immunity dropping due to pushing things a bit with my bedtime and if I do wait until I'm tired, I get a cold a week later! Getting a decent amount of sleep boosts the immunity, helps with building muscles (if you are training) and maintaining a healthy weight.
