it is same here, am a night man... can work whole night and will not be tired to sleep in the morning... dont know why, i like stay late in nights till 2 to 3,
I have been heading to bed around 2am but it is bad for my health so have been trying to get to bed earlier. I've discovered that the trick is to get to bed before you feel tired. Getting a decent amount of sleep boosts the immunity, helps with building muscles (if you are training) and maintaining a healthy weight.
