As Empath out in the world helping people, what is the most self-defeating emotion you've noticed...
that we humans need help with/suffer from? And what is the most self-gratifying emotion that we humans could use more of.
Also, what methods, abilities or tools have you found most useful in aiding your clients/friends/family/self in recovering from the most self-defeating emotional states and cultivating healthier emotional/energetic states?
I would love to see all of this in a hub, though that's up to you! I'm excited for any answer, as this is one of my favorite empath subjects
Mostly that people think it is all their fault how they feel especially ones that have been sexually abused.
Most gratifying is when my clients have there ah ah moments and then they completely change and healing takes place.
I use several methods but Emotional Freedom Techniques is one of my best tools as it also empowers the client for the future.
Thanks for the suggestion for a Hub I will give it some thought.
