How can you prevent Alzheimer's?
What foods and vitamins are good to eat to prevent Alzheimer's disease?
Having Powerful Knowledge is powerful but not until it is applied knowledge.
There are two places you need to research because there are two ways of preventing Alzheimer's disease. One exists in a study done in Russia, however, I do not know the specifics about that one. The second study that I know of was done in Northern U.S.A.
There is a group of nuns who live in the north. They wake up every morning at 5 and keep busy all day until 10 at night. Each one speaks 4 different languages, can play 3 musical instruments, do laundry, sweap, help others out, and pray. They eat simply by things they plant.
They were believed to be normal until one of them donated their body to science. Upon her body being cut open, the scientists were speechless. The woman was over 100 years old, which is common in their group of nuns, and they expected her to have the brain of a 100 year old woman. Instead, she had the brain of a 30 year old!
Over the years more of the nuns donated their bodies to science, most of them over 100, and all of them had younger brains than they were. A record was kept and it was discovered that 40% of the bodies donated to science should have had Alzheimer's but they did not.
Keep learning and you should get there. But if you don't want that route, try the study in Russia.
New research has just come out on Alzheimer"s. It has been linked to aluminum. Startling as it may seem, it's in quite a few items that we all use on a regular basis. It is present in deodarant, stomach medicines, such as is for heart burn, nausea, and gas, and acid indigestion, as well as our drinking water. Read labels. For removal of heavy metals, such as aluminum, holistic doctors recommend apple pectin, as well as cilantro, as both have been found to remove it.

New research has just come out on the benefits of Curcumin in the treatment of Alzheimer"s. With it's ability to bind copper, and iron it shows great promise.
