    How to Make Yourself Look Younger and Attractive

    Provide simple, inexpensive things you can do to look younger and/or attract the opposite sex.  Please provide a list for both sexes.

    Posture: Stand up straight and walk with your head held high, this is how you display youth, strength and confidence.

    Teeth: Get your teeth whitened and smile, white teeth give the impression of health and youth.

    Glasses: Glasses will cover up eye defects like crow’s feet.

    Cosmetics: Women should use cosmetics, but don’t use powder as it highlights creases.

    Hair: Women should wear their hair around shoulder length; too long or too short just does not work when you are older. Men look younger with short hair, ask any women.

    Men are better off not dying their hair, it does not work. Women with fair complexions should not dye their hair black. It emphasises defects, lighter colours like blond and yes gray work best.

    women dress like the young people do. Most of the time younger people wear inexpensive clothing.  Also try to stay slim and shapely.
    Men keep your hair dyed or cut short and keep your tummy flat.
    Do not worry alot you may get wrinkles.

    People often think I am younger than I am.  I take good care of my body by exercising on a regular basis and eating healthy foods.  Stress and negative emotions are bad for me so I do things to reduce them.  Meditation helps a lot.  It does not really cost anything unless you buy exercise equipment or a meditation program.  I just work at maintaining a healthy mind and body.

    One of the things I have noticed is that habits can make a big impact on the aging process.  You can look significantly younger if you have the habits of a healthy younger person.  When kids start drinking, smoking and driving instead of walking or biking it does not take long for them to look a lot older.

    Sleep, and Exercise are the fountains of youth. Get 7-10 hours of sleep a night. 10 hours of sleep improves atletic performace, excersise like an athlete so you can enjoy those 10 hours of sleep more, maybe start running marathons, or biking to work. Exercise daily, excersise is like washing your face, or brushing your teeth. Calories and Macro Nutriend tend to increase mettabolic work load which increases free radical production which increases aging. Consume a relativley low calorie diet, yet a diet that is high in fruits, veggis, and antioxidants. Drink water untill your urine is clear each day.
