I would say improve your health first. Next you can start on building up your wealth. Then your relationship. These 3 are the most important things in life.
Start by accepting yourself for who and what you are, warts and all. If there are things about yourself that you can't live with, then change it. If you can live with it or are not ready to give it up, then accept it; and love yourself unconditionally.
Exercise! There's no better way to release endorphins ('happy chemicals'), improve energy levels and confidence and get fit in the process :-)
