Is there a "perfect" place to live for those who suffer from weather-related migraines?
There are many trigger factors for migraine to start. For those whom cold is trigger factor they should leave that place to accommodate them in some hot area and vice versa.
I think there is likely to be a perfect place for any individual migraine sufferer, but probably no one perfect place for everyone that has weather-related triggers, if only because not everyone has the same triggers.
I have some weather-related triggers, and sometimes it's not such a bad thing. I can be caught by surprise by sudden weather changes, but it also means that I can keep an eye on the forecast and be prepared, even take steps to reduce the severity or even prevent a migraine. I used to have a co-worker that also had weather-related migraines, but her triggers were different than mine. Often, weather that would give me a headache would relieve hers!
