    What is your percentage of happiness a day?

    Obviously the question is broad but if it came down to it what would be your percentage of happiness a day? Or even a month on average? Mine is somewhere around a 70% happiness 30% upset or stressed out. I'm working on it but openly what is yours?

    Honestly I strive to be content. Sometimes "happiness" is overrated. It seems we forget the simplicity of life and that is what happiness was.

    Happiness is a choice really, it's very easy to mentally train yourself to be happy and not let mistakes, and issues affect you, it will happen with or without your control. As it's said "life is what you make it'' so simply make a happy day, a happy thing and getting upset will happen but brush your shoulders off''.

    Sadly I am at about 40%.  I'm battling a disability and an unwed 22 yr old daughter with a baby & no ambition.
