What is the best form of exercise that you can do as you get older?
Is there a point at which you should stop doing things like running etc? How do you know when to change, and what do you change to?
As long as it doesn't cause pain, you should do whatever activity you enjoy. If it does cause pain, then I'd find a way to modify it and heal the body to resume the activity you love.
Resistance training is important for everyone but is especially important for people as they get older so that their muscle mass does not deplete.
