Calamine lotion, a pasty cream made of baking soda mixed with water, or ice (bag of peas wrapped in a cloth to protect the skin from frostbite) are some quick and easy solutions.
This might sound odd, but my mother once had me rub stick deodorant on a mosquito bite soon after I was bitten and the itchiness went away and within a day so did the bite mark. Now 10 years later I still use this method of dealing with mosquito bites.
