What are some methods of loosening tight muscles that also result in headaches?
I by no means am a doctor or have any other credentials save this one thing. I have had headaches all of my childhood and most of my adult life. Here for the past 5 or 6 years I have found some things that have helped me not have so many or have them so intense. Here they are in a list form.
Do not drink any soda beverages.
Drink more water.
Don't take any medications (just endure through the pain)
Keep bowls moving. (eat the right kinds of foods)
That's it. I know it seems too simple but it is working for me. When I drink "pop" I have more headaches. When I get a headache I tend to bind up and my muscles get real tight to the point that I ache long after my head stops hurting.
Good luck! I feel for you!
