I would guess, depression and anxiety. Also, diagnoses tends to be a bit trendy, so certain diagnoses such as bi-polar depression and ADD tend to wax and wane in popularity as new information comes out.
I would say depression, anxiety and bi-polar II. Also those diagnoses can vary from one therapist to another.
