Yes, indeedy. A healthy young woman should get a pelvic exam yearly and a Pap smear every 3 years according to the new recommendations. Routine blood work should be repeated every 5 years. Mammograms are recommended starting at age 40 and some experts believe not until age 50. Don't recommend baseline mammo at age 35 anymore. Mammos are not accurate or useful in young women. If problems, advise breast ultrasound. Anyway, if any health problems, screening should be individualized.
If you are in your mid 20s you should definitely be getting a smear (pap) test at least every 2 years. Also, if you are on the contraceptive pill you should have your blood pressure checked every few months.
Other than that, unless you notice any physical changes or pain (or have any other underlying health issues) you should be fine!
