First stop stressing about aging which will cause you to age faster. Remind yourself that this is just a part of life and that we all age. Get to know yourself and learn to appreciate yourself as separate from your body. A body is just a casing that holds us for a certain amount of time. Also, people tend to think that aging is ugly. If you switch your way of thinking to aging is beautiful it makes you feel better. smile

People should understand that every age has its benefits.  Older people have their share of problems, but there are also many good things about growing older.  Once they accept this, aging won't seem so bad!

Take a look at your Hubpages profile page - you are the answer! Busy, busy, busy; 'compelled' to experience everything; mentally active (writing); thrive on the hubbub of many friends. You don't have time to Age. Your photo fills in the rest of the puzzle. Here you sit, alone on a bench in a snowy park yet perfectly happy, an almost zen moment. While you thrive on the excitement of your 'compelled' side, your meditative side completes the picture.

Gracefully just implies what others think of you. Do you really care, as long as you don't upset them, cause harm, or impact them in any negative way? Perhaps appearing ungraceful can shake them up a bit and add some spice to their lives. In other words, Don't accept it!
