      Great article Ms. Dora!! Loved the quotes. When younger where I worked the quote that motivated many of us was;
      
      "Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up, it knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn't matter whether you're the lion or a gazelle-when the sun comes up, you'd better be running.”
      
      I don't know about others, but my Medicare Advantage Plan gives opportunities to seniors with what is known as Silver & Fit, which is a health club membership. It is inclusive of the plan. I've looked into it and am considering taking them up on it for some Yoga classes. Another one is Silver Sneakers.

   Good morning from the Caribbean! Thanks Pamela for sharing my article. I appreciate your support. I need all the motivation I can get to really exercise, so I intend to take a dose of my own medicine. Folks, there are great benefits in movement for us who are older. Let's get moving!    Thanks for the motivation and the important reminder about active aging. I enjoyed reading the wonderful quotes and information related to senior citizens.
   I believe, it’s important to stay active for all of us, as no one is getting any younger.
   In my family, we remind each other to be physically active, do exercise etc. everyday.
