What is the best antioxidant tea you can drink?
I have seen antioxidant teas becoming more popular in the tea stores, do you recommend any in particular?
"Red" Rooibos tea has almost as much antioxidants as green tea. But you'd be surprise to find out that "Green" Rooibos tea has twice the amount of antioxidants as green tea.
It's caffeine-free and has many other health benefits. I wrote a hub about it if you want to learn more!
I am not a great fan of "teas"...............but, being a dietary manager and a fan of healthful eating..............I would suggest tomato based juices............powerful antixodiants, pleasant tasting, readily available.
Though, I have to confess, I am not aware of any tomatoe "teas"...............
either be healthy or be fashionable!
