Can you hear tinnitus by listening to the ear of someone who experiences it?
tinnitus is hearing sounds within your ear which don't correspond to and external sounds around you. It is often a buzzing or shrill sound. I experience intermittent tinnitus and have always wondered whether a person standing very close to me would also be able to hear it.
No, it is a sound that only the person with tinnitus can hear.
