    my interpretation:
Insulin is a hormone that reacts to your bloodsugar levels. When levels are high(after eating alot of foods for example) Insuline is released. Insulin will signal the body to store energy. The energy will be stored where it is needed. First it will fill up your energy store of glycogen in the liver. When the liver is filled with glycogen your body will begin storing energy as bodyfat.
