    If you could only eat and drink one thing for the rest of your life, what would they be?

    I think I'd only "eat" fruit smoothies and only drink water smile

    Chocolate flavored protein shakes and spring water.

    That's a difficult question! I think I would eat fruits and drink tea, but I couldn't make a choice of only one fruit.

    I think water and oats would get me quite far before I died, but if health wasn't an issue, I'd probably choose fizzy cola and cheese!

    Plain water will be my source of survival and as for eating, it will be bananas. It will give me the nutrition I need.

    Interesting question....

    I would say coconut water and egg.  They are the most healthy foods I can think of to sustain life.   Coconut water is mainly water.  But I get a bit of glucose.  And it has much electrolytes such as potassium. 

    As I have written, eggs are very healthy...

    because it has all the ingredients to build a baby chick.   And it has cholesterol, phosolipids, proteins, and omega-3 fats to build our cells.

    pH-balanced water and avocados.  Avocados are the perfect food, and water is the perfect drink (as long as it is alkaline.)

    I think fruits and water to make me healthier. Fruits are natural to the body and makes us slimmer and maintain our youthful appearance.
