My secret to have a still young spirit is : Always ask people "why?" , if you don't do this, You know everything and You're old
Also adventures, walking on trees, climbing on roofs(not necessarily recommended to people with bad backs or knees, but hey,m you can get them stronger first. REALLY!) laughing all day long and sing sing sing and more

These are the secrets to keeping young.
1. Associate with the young. Their spirit and enthusiasm are contagious.
2. Always look at the bright side of life even in adversities, that will definitely keep you young. Laugh and smile as often as you could.
3. Pray and meditate. There is something to be said with being at peace with your God.
Age is just a number.
