I do feel good when i work out and i feel terrible when i do not. So i do not need any outer motivator to go and sweat it out in exercise. Again i want my son to cultivate this habit of exercising and what is the better way to teach him then by doing it.....Now only he is interested in exercising every day. This is itself is the most motivating factor in my case.
My kids, Yes I want to be healthy, fit and live longer for my kids and that feeling motivates me everyday to excercise:)
The FULL LENGTH mirror, right outside my shower! EEEK! That's enough to scare anyone into action!
A number of things motivate me :
* keeping my fitness up to good levels.
* the attraction of nature
* the fact that I know I'll feel better after a walk
* looking forward to longer adventures out in nature
* long term travel plans
