    Simple exercise and eating different foods high on proteins and fibers that keep you feeling full longer will help you lose weight just because you won't feel the urge to eat as often.While at the same time burning extra fat from excersize. check out google or even here on hubpages are plenty of great hubs that will help you out.

    The tried and true ways still hold true today - eat healthy (and small portions) and get in daily exercise. Bring your Heart rate up for at least 30 min a day. There's no easy or quick way to get around it. But it's worth the effort!
