celery, it actually burns calories as eating it takes more energy than it contains!
Veggies such as peas have very few calories. Lettuce, tomato and cucumber are very low, provided you don't sandwich them between bread with a slice of bacon.
A better alternative to counting calories is to eliminate all processed foods. Make everything yourself and you will most likely reduce body fat eating natural foods rather than low calorie rubbish.
Almost all fruits and vegetables except for starchy vegetables and fruits have got least calories. Fruits like Banana, Sapota, Grapes, Mango, Custard Apple and Starchy vegetables include Potatoes, Sweet potatoes.
