Can you suggest the types of foods I should eat so that I can have a beautiful, healthy and youthful skin complexion? And what foods should I avoid?
You should eat food include more vegetables and fruits like salads.. Try to avoid non-veg as much as possible..
Daily use of lemon with plain water or with the vegetable foods consisting of green vegetables and taking plenty of water during the day will give you the result of a fair and radiant skin. The foods which are rich in coalories like mutton, beef etc., and spicy foods. however should be avoided.
Fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds supplemented with fresh lean meats. Avoid processed junk foods. Use your intuition. If it helps I have done a whole hub series on weight loss and how to approach eating which may be of benefit to you.
