    Shil, you got to do two things only, lose that stubborn layer of belly fat and develop a workout plan that fits your specific fitness goals.     My 'sought-after perfect abs' have finally revealed themselves and I didn't spend any money or follow any fancy exercise routine. Here's what I did and the fat just fell off. Oh by the way, I do pullups like once or twice a week, other than that I do not exercise purposely.

    I started following the raw living food lifestyle and avoid refined sugars.

    It's that simple smile

    I started eating raw about 2 months ago and I can see my abs as I type this.

    If your someone that just can't handle a raw food way of eating I would suggest Jorge Cruise's book 'Belly Fat Cure'.

    Reduce your body fat via caloric deficit, high protein intake and whole body resistance training (including direct core training).

    Be patient if you are not particularly lean.
