I have tried them and they definitely work on the right muscles... wasn't able to continue though due to my lazyness ... but i'm quite sure with regular use of the workouts there will be success.
I like them a lot but I have lower back issue so some on the workouts would have me down for a few days. My sister and I love them but we switched to insanity it's all cardio and you just push as hard as you can two weeks in I'm sold. I like P90X but I will have to loose more weight to be successful at the moves good luck !!
I haven't tried it but one of my friends has. She says they're really intense and hard, but she feels a lot better. She recommended them to me but I can't keep up with workouts like that
The particular P90X training help, or most frequently recognized just as the Power 90 Powerful, is usually an exercising training plan which may be performed in our own flat or house. It had been designed by Tony Horton, where he wants to change your whole body into toned system, in just Three months.
