    I work out 5 days a week changing the type of workout everyday.

    At this busy period, Id be lucky if I am able to work out 4 times a month.

    Almost every week day, I work out. Exercise is a great way to get your day started, I created a work out that increases my energy levels. I bench press 100-140 90 times, this increases circulation, respiration, and makes you extremley energetic. Even if a person is busy 100 pushups takes less than 2 minutes to complete, and same with crunches. Chair Dips, Pull Ups, Dumbell Presses even if you just just 2 sets of 12-25 repititions for maybe 4 minutes you would have increased strneth, and maybe more muscle tone.

    Elliptical daily-- best amt calories to burn for all.. I just got an amazing one for home..

    Heading back to daily weights- in 10 hrs yes wink

    I try to work out five days out of the week. The body needs time to recover.

    For the past 2 months, I've been working out 6 days a week because I'm doing P90X. 3 of those days are weight training. For a while, I was tired because I wasn't used to working out that much, but now that I'm on day 63, I feel great and my energy has increased a lot.
