There are many such situations at workplace, in house,etc which easily add on your stress. Situations like unsatisfied job, conflict between colleagues,etc.
It becomes very much important to handle such small situations in a Smart way to avoid unnecessary Stress by being positive.Physical activity is a great stress buster.

I do not get stressed out that easily but what does wind me up is bad people in any form or shape. For example I cannot stand people that are: arrogant, bullying, cruel, violent, ungrateful, negative, jealous or lying.
