Lack of blood circulation to certain areas that are responding. Once circulation is restored it will go away.
Lack of circulation, a lack of b-vitamins, omega 3,6,9 fatty acids, restless leg syndrome, neuropathy, usually associated with diabetes. The b-vitamins,Thiamine and niacin, both are necessary for circulation, as well as B-12. The fatty acids are blood thinners, and are present in fish, nuts and seeds. Can be taken in supplement forms, as flax seed, or krill. Restless legs syndrome has seen benefit with taking magnesium, 250mg-500mg daily, tends to relax muscles, and nerves. Diabetic neuropathy, is the up and down of blood glucose levels, and the damage it does to our arteries. Control of blood glucose is necessary. Some helpful supplements include Alpha lipoic acid, cinnamon, CoQ10, among others, to keep blood sugar in check. Sitting too long in one position, anti histamines, and smoking can also be a culprit, as they do constrict blood flow. Take a break, walk, and stretch once in a while. See my articles on Diabetes, B-vitamins, and heart health, for dosage amounts, and advice. I hope this helps.
