    Before I injured my hip. I worked out 6 days a week.

    10 minutes. I do push-ups for 10 minutes.

    I aim  to do something everyday, unless I am just too exhausted.

    I have a good selection of free weights and a pull-up bar, so all my resistance workouts are at home.  I like running outdoors, so I'm usually only in the gym for a treadmill when it's pouring out or just too cold in the winter.
