While it has already been established that pure seltzer or carbonated water is not bad for you, there are still some precautions you may want to take when consuming it. Seltzer water, even in its purest form is slightly acidic, and can weaken the enamel of your teeth when consumed in excess in the long run.
It corodes your stomach lining, but it's quite safe otherwise.
