    I have practices yoga for about forty years now, and I believe that it has enormous benefits.  I'm now retired, but when I was working I would make sure to do a simple 30 minute routine every morning, and felt relaxed and refreshed when I started my work day.  I still follow the same daily routine, and it helps me greatly not only in stress relief, but in flexibility and all over health.  I think the stress relief is primarily through learning meditation and how to breath deeply.

    If you perform Yoga, your mind will be free and out of any thinking and that won't allow you to make unwanted thinking and you will be stress free.
