    Reducing stress???

    any tips on how to effectively reduce stress and not worry so much about everybody else's problems? I have always been the type of person who gives great advice to others but never could take it myself...

    The source of stress is the subconscious mind which is perhaps 95% of total brain size/capacity, The rest is conscious mind. You need to work on the subconscious mind continuously. Some of the methods include self hypnosis, guided meditation, Condition Based Therapy. The key is mind control and living in present moment. It is easier said than done! Get connected to Internet Literature!

    I find that doing some meditation and/or yoga and having a bath with candles and incense just after does wonders to keep stress at bay after a tough day or when going through stressful times.

      i should have rephrased the question how do you deal with the stress of having a 3 yr old and one on the way.
