    Is there any particulat time of the day to do yoga?

    Is there any particulat time of the day to do yoga? Is it necessary to do yoga in morning?

    Some yoga poses, such as inverted poses, should only be done in the morning or early in the day because they increase blood flow to your brain and help you feel more awake and alert.
    I think it's beneficial to do most yoga in the morning because it increases blood flow through your body and loosens stiff muscles.
    It's not necessary to do it in the morning though. Other poses and meditations are better for nighttime to help you relax better.
