    I suggest relaxation.  People that practice meditation are more relaxed throughout the day and things that bothered them before do not bother them as much.  There are other ways to relax like tai chi, qigong and yoga.  I also recommend switching to deep slow belly breathing.  It is a more relaxing way to breath.  Stress makes people more sensitive.  I think people should spend more time being relaxed and learn how to control there stress.

    Being mindful of your thoughts is important.  If a person is thinking about things that stress them out they can choose to think about something else or they can keep stressing themselves.  A lot of people are in the habit of focusing on the negative thoughts.
