Can you suggest some effective methods to relieve the stress of the Christmas Season?
Make a sweatshirt that has "Baa, Humbug!!!" on the front. Then get a big clump of mistletoe and hang it on the back with an arrow pointing down. People who don't know you will leave you alone. Those that do will either leave you alone or won't mention Christmas.
spend some time with friends. not just any friends but folks you have know for years. tell stories about your past and theirs. this will let you laugh and keep your mind off the stress that christmas can cause.
Singing christmas songs to the top of your lungs everyday...and just enjoy each day.
Go away for the whole period. One of my best Christmas times was spent trekking in Nepal.
Just remember that you create your moods and accompanying stress with your own mind. Change the way you think about the person cutting you off in traffic
Some gentle exercise followed by a good long soak in the bath.
Spend the day in a Spa in a secluded area to regain energy after a stressful occasion like christmas.
