After reading 'delving into the autistic brain' I was hopeful that you may be able to delve into the physical processes regarding autoimmune disorders, specifically juvenile arthritis.

In general, diet and supplements that reduce inflammation, such as curcumin (extract of turmeric) are very helpful. I'll be writing more on this next month, so please keep an eye out on my hub on diet for arthritis - it will apply to juvenile, as well as arthritis in the elderly.

I am curious if anyone has in depth insight on autoimmune disorders and how they affect your...brain? Can MCTD cause brain deterioration? I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder which affects organs and wonder how it affects the brain.
