The first way of bringing happiness is by solving my problems. It could be at work, a giant stressor in school, or just a little fight in a relationship. Just by having the stress removed and the matter resolved helps make me happy. To double or tripple, some of my methods include singing or dancing at the house, or even at work. Possibly visiting a really good friend, or have them visit. Watching a comedy, a really really good one. However, nothing can beat reading one of my favorite novels. They make me instantly happy smile

Reading books is really a nice option which I haven't thought I will try this out smile

Sharing happiness with others definitely multiplies happiness. This is a nice thought.
But I liked the idea of sharing happiness with random people more.
I will call it "winning more smiles" from random people and being happy smile

I subtract the sorrows, divide the negativity if any in surroundings.... add the blessings and count the reality to multiply the happiness. Every experience I revise in mind to learn more to be happy in life.
    Thank you.

A happy person know's their likes and dislikes thats how to  keep happiness alive. But away to increase it can be through good mood foods that tell your brain your happy and that fight depression and stress. And another way is through endorphines. Yoga, any exercise will produce endorphines that makes you happy.
