    Vitamin A, C, E, and Beta- carotene are antioxidants that are beneficial to the skin, so eating a lot of fruits and vegetables (contain a great deal of antioxidants) will be helpful. Omega-3's are also advantageous to the top layer of your skin.

    Something most do not think about is " coconut" either the water/mild/pulp is the best way of hydration AND can be used as an I.V. to hydrate directly into the body.
