    Have You Tried to Lose Weight But Can't?

    Are you trying to lose weight and yet can't shed the pounds you want to despite the various diets and suggestions you have heard and tried? Please explain.

    Yes. A few years ago I lost over 60 pounds but just doing things in moderation, not eating sugar, watching protions etc.  After about 10 months I got sloppy and then feel off my plan and gained it back.

    Recently, I tried the same plan--exactly-- for 30 days.  Lost 6 pounds the first ten days and then the scale just would not move--even though I was very diligent.  Very discouraging and not unexpectedly, I got frustrated and fell face first into a pizza.  The rest is history.

    Losing weight is no easy feat. It requires staying focused and driven no matter what. Sure, there are ups and downs but you HAVE to keep your eye on the prize. I struggled a lot initially but then I opted for a low-carb, high protein weight loss program that was completely manageable. I’m now 32 pounds lighter and happier!
