Can you live healthy without treating H. pylori?
I have tried to treat H. pylori 3 times with the best possible antibiotic therapy (According to my GI) along with PPI but failed all three times. My GI does not have any Idea behind the failure. Can anyone tell me the reason. In my point of view, my family members are also infected with the bacteria and I am getting reinfection from them. Is it so much easy to get reinfected? If it is so, then there is no point of treating the bacteria.
Now I have decided not to take any more antibiotic courses. I do have ulcers and GERD though. Can I live healthy without treating the bacteria?
