    Living in moment - do you believe it?

    If so how do you live in moments ?

    I believe in living in the moment.  You take action in the present.  So that is where you should be living.  I live in the moment by paying attention to the things going on around me, being mindful of my thoughts and feelings, and taking action.  It is more relaxing and more productive then living in the past or future.

    Living in the moment does not mean I do not plan for the future or think about the past sometimes.  I make goals and I like to think about past experiences when I want to relax.  I also learn from the past.  However I don't just wait for things to happen or sit around remembering things that I did in the past.  I take action.

    I do believe in living in the moment, I recall reading Wayne Dyer some years ago and part of the discussion was living in the moment.....Dyer put it "Be here now." All too often me miss experiencing important times because we are busy with the past or the future.
    Living in the moment is intentional it requires letting go of the past, setting aside the future and experiencing the fullness of NOW!

    This phrase escapes me. I find no sense in it. How is it even possible to know if you are "in the moment'? Say, for example, you are standing in the center of ten life forms, each busily occupied within its own little life. Which "moment" are you "in"?
